Glen Ramsborg, PhD, Senior Director, Education

Dr. Ramsborg has been a member of PCMA for more than 25 years. He is a frequent contributor to PCMA’s Convene magazine, wrote Objectives to Outcomes: Your Contract with the Learner, the introductory chapter to the third edition of Professional Meeting Management® and served as Executive Editor of the fifth edition of Professional Meeting Management®, published in 2006. Dr. Ramsborg has also served on PCMA’s education and Convene editorial advisory committees. Dr. Ramsborg is the recipient of the Meetings Professional International Chicago Area Chapter President’s Award and PCMA’s Educator of the Year Award. He is a certified registered nurse anesthetist, is prepared at the master’s level in curriculum and instruction and at the doctorate level in education policy and administration. He is a retired colonel from the United States Air Force.... More

Kristin Crane, Manager, Education

Kristin Crane joined PCMA in March of 2004 in the Education Department. In her role as Manager of Education, Kristin is the staff liaison for the Annual Meeting Program Committee (AMPC) and is responsible for the development of the educational programming for the Annual Meeting. Mandi Kasper, Specialist, Education

Mandi Kasper is responsible for speaker management of the Annual Meeting and Master Series Speakers. She also serves as a resource for members to answer questions relating to their educational needs. Kasper graduated from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL in May 2002 with a bachelor degree in Marketing and minor in Spanish. Prior to joining PCMA, she spent two years in human resources as an executive assistant followed by four years as a meeting planner for a non-profit trade organization.... More
