PCMA Chapter Member List Guidelines
PCMA chapters have access to their membership list at any time needed for the purpose of communicating chapter business. HQ understands that our chapters sometimes wish to create reciprocal agreements to share lists with another industry association for the notification of an industry event. PCMA NEVER shares emails, phone, or fax so please be mindful of this when arranging to share chapter lists. It is strongly recommended that the PCMA chapter be referred to, on the marketing piece, as a contributor or sponsor of the event in question, or that the PCMA chapter offer to send the marketing piece to PCMA members (rather than sharing the member list). PCMA Chapter Booth/Marketing Materials Requests
HQ has a booth panel available for chapters to use at meetings or events. Booth/materials requests should be made one month in advance and can be made by completing the Booth Request Form. Click here to request your materials today.

PCMA Membership Marketing Materials
HQ offers our chapters the use of marketing materials for recruitment of local prospective members. Should you like to receive prospect materials (small prospect accordion flyers, full prospect kits, or MGAM information) at any time, please contact us at prospects@pcma.org.

Chapter Phone-a-thon Materials
Chapters are encouraged to consider holding CHAPTER member retention/recruitment phone-a-thons. There are templates and tools available to assist in conducting a chapter phone-a-thon, including chapter call sheets. Chapter Welcome Letters
Consider sending a prospect or new member welcome letter from the chapter president and/or membership chair. In addition to the letter, you could also share a copy of your chapter's upcoming event calendar, or a copy of your last newsletter. If you need ideas on what to include, please view the sample new member letter template by clicking here. This letter is personalized for each chapter and included in prospect kits, unless requested otherwise by the chapter.

Student Membership Area
Student Membership Activity PCMA is thrilled to have such active Student members, and we recognize the importance of providing educational opportunities that will help our student members succeed in tomorrow's workplace. Student memberships are open to those who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary academic program directly related to the hospitality industry for at least six quarter or semester credit hours. Verification of enrollment is required, and students with less than six months before graduation are not eligible. The Student membership cycle is valid from October 1st to September 30th.
